Downtown Greenville SC Reedy River Condos Riverplace Condominiums is one very well located development on the river in downtown Greenville SC where you can be surrounded by restaurants, entertainment venues, festivals and events. The Reedy River which routes through the downtown area is the focal point for many of the new condominium developments and more will be going up in the coming years.

Another body of water close to Greenville is Lake Hartwell which is a huge recreation lake with land, new home and resale homes available. The variety of homes and land are endless on Hartwells shores from high end developments in communities to individual lots.

If you prefer peace and quiet the shores of Lake Keowee beckon. New homes have started to sprout up all along the shores of this mountain lake. The water is mostly still clear and blue and the developments on the shore remain residential in nature. Views of the mountains make this worth the commute for most people. Lake Jocassee is nearby, but has almost no development on its shores currently and it looks to stay that way. It is a recreational lake though, beautiful, clear and cold most years.
