Search for properties with a multitude of options. Search by city, subdivision, street, amentities, features, schools, size of the lot, color of the grass in the yard (ok, not really, but you get the picture) TONS of ways and options to search by. Then to make it even nicer - you can set it to e-mail new properties to you that match your specifications / dreams.
