Amy and I would like to thank you again for your assistance with our closing on the 419 East Butler Road Unit 7 property. Our payoff amount problem was solved quickly and efficiently in what otherwise might have been a long delay or even a reschedule. Lee Cunningham did a tremendous job with the condo from beginning to end. He was always available (even while having a baby!) and kept us informed of every step of the process. While away in Columbia on the day of closing, he was still reviewing the files and discovered the payoff problem. His call to me just before closing alerted me and subsequently the rest of us that adjustments needed to be made. I think you will agree that his attention to that detail was a time saver for all of us. Thanks for the great job, your courteous service, and the quick sale on the property. We listed our home with you just a few days before Christmas (not the best time to be on the . . market) and the property sold and closed 28 January. We left for our new home in Virginia with peace of mind because we did not have a home in the Greenville area to maintain and worry about thanks to you and your expertise. We have friends that have property on the market with other real estate companies that are simply not working as hard to sell their properties. We have recommended you to these friends when their contracts have expired with their present realtor. You did everything you said you would do and you kept us informed through-out the sale and transaction. We really appreciate the work you and your staff did for us. Sincerely, I am writing this letter in order to recommend the services of Lee Cunningham as a real estate sales agent for RE/MAX Realty Professionals. My wife and I were put into the familiar situation of being transferred with work and needed to move our house quickly. We initially signed on with another agent from a large realty firm in hopes that this "high powered" agent could utilize the extensive resources of the large firm to move our house. Our experience was awful to say the least. The market at the time of our listing was loaded with homes due to the low interest rate environment. Our home went months at a time without even a showing. We quickly discerned that our agent was very good at acquiring listings, but did very little to facilitate the sell of our house. After our six month contract was up, we quickly looked at other options. We contacted Lee Cunningham and asked for his assistance in selling our house. We again explained our transfer situation and the need to move our house quickly. Lee took a quick look at our house and stated that the asking price was to high for the market segment we were targeted at and that adjustments needed to be made. He also suggested subtle repairs and clean up that could aid in the sell of our home. With Lees insight we dramatically increased our traffic and within a four month period we closed on the sell for our home. What impressed my most about Lee was his tireless work ethic and attention to detail. He didnt just list our house he sold our house. In this day and age of internet listings and the like, there is still no substitute for a strong sellers agent. If I were buying or selling another house in the Greenville market, my first choice would be Lee Cunningham. We got a loan for 100% of the sales price which included all of our closing costs, and even walked away from closing with a check refunding our earnest money! Lee and Claude were true professionals.
