The Alta Vista Condo Development is the first of it's type in Downtown Greenville SC, but if it is successful more will follow. The supersized units are a sharp contrast to the smaller condos immediately downtown. They also have a more residential feel to them because of their location, while in reality they are within walking distance of many of the downtown restaurants and attractions. The Swamp Rabbit Trail and Falls Park are blocks away from Alta Vista Place.
