The Alta Vista Condo Development is the first of it's type in Downtown Greenville SC, but if it is successful more will follow. The supersized units are a sharp contrast to the smaller condos immediately downtown. They also have a more residential feel to them because of their location, while in reality they are within walking distance of many of the downtown restaurants and attractions.
