The Cunningham Team of ReMax Realty Professionals, a top producing real estate team, is seeking professional, motivated, RE/MAX Buyers Agents for its fast paced office. The successful candidate will have experience performing a variety of sales functions. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, creativity, exceptional problem solving skills, a team oriented philosophy, prior experience and success in sales and marketing. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with computers and Real Estate specific contact manager are a plus. Must have long term real estate goals. Most realtors, 97%, drop out of the industry within the first three years. Most of them do this because they don't have enough leads. The RE/MAX Buyers Agent will still be responsible for a variety of sales functions including prospecting/lead generation, sales negotiations, showing buyers homes, holding open houses, attending meetings, preparing correspondence and contracts.
