Talk about Luxury living! Several plans for town home communities are currently being proposed to Greenville city officials. One development company is proposing Weststone Station.
A 16-unit town home development West of Stone Avenue and Main Street. This proposed community will feature homes with a spacious garage option for up to 3 cars, modern chef worthy kitchens, and outstanding outdoor living spaces to host friends. It was said that they want to create an urban community that is walk-able and fits with the Stone Avenue vibe. The company plans to price carriage homes in the high $200,000’s and the manor homes in the low $400,000’s. If the Weststone Station Downtown Luxury homes are approved they plan to break ground in April of 2017. There are some other developers pushing to get approval for 78 town-homes at Hollingsworth Park on Rocky Slope Road and 16 town-homes on West Stone Avenue. Chelsea Town-homes at Hollingsworth Park is proposed to be three-bedroom town-home community on close to 9 acres.
